Governing Board

The Center has a Board of Directors whose main function is to develop the strategic policy to fulfill its mission and achieve its objectives, as well as to support the Center’s director in the execution of these tasks.

Advisory Board

The Center’s Advisory Board is composed of national and international academics and professionals of recognized contribution in their fields of expertise, whose mission is to advise and contribute to the development of the Center and its objectives from a global perspective.

Its members are:

Carmen Asiaín (Uruguay)

Lawyer, Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Montevideo, former Senator of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, and former President of the Latin American Consortium for Religious Freedom.

Silvio Ferrari (Italy)

Professor Emeritus at the Università Degli Studi di Milano, Past President of the Steering Committee of ICLARS (International Consortium for Law and Religion Studies).

Patricia Imbarack (Chile)

PhD and Master’s in Education Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and clinical psychologist from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. Professor at the UC Faculty of Education.

Patricio Jottar (Chile)

Master’s in Economics and Business Management from the Institute of Higher Business Studies (IESE) in Barcelona, Spain, and Business Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been a professor at UC and at the Universidad de Los Andes.

Rafael Navarro Valls (Spain)

Doctor of Law from the University of Navarra, full member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain, Professor Emeritus and Honorary Professor of the Faculty of Law at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Sol Serrano (Chile)

PhD and Bachelor’s in History from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Master of Arts from Yale University (USA), and National History Prize 2018.
