A study on legal innovations in Chile since 1999, primarily regarding Law No. 19,638 on the legal constitution of churches and religious organizations. It describes the regulations for the registry of religious entities and religious assistance in hospitals, and comments on new regulations regarding religious freedom and their impact on Chilean ecclesiastical law.
