Presentation on the legal recognition of religious organizations in Chile, statistical context with data from the 2002 Census, and analysis of the constitutional, legal and regulatory framework of religious freedom. Explains the challenges in the regulatory articulation between the existence of entities of believers and their legal nature, and presents reflections on current challenges regarding freedom and legal recognition of religious organizations in the country.
