C\u00f3rdoba, Espa\u00f1a, 19 a 21 de septiembre de 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"sept Cordoba Iclars\" src=\"https:\/\/derechoyreligion-uc.urantiacos.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/sept_Cordoba_Iclars.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Entre los d\u00edas 19 y 21 de septiembre del presente, se realiz\u00f3 en la ciudad de C\u00f3rdoba, Espa\u00f1a, el sexto Congreso del International Consortium for Law and Religion Studies (ICLARS) cuyo tema principal fue &#8220;Dignidad humana, derecho, y diversidad religiosa: dise\u00f1ando el futuro de sociedades interculturales&#8221;. Asistieron caso 400 congresistas de diversos pa\u00edses, religiones y creencias.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la primera jornada, la profesora de la Facultad de Derecho UC e investigadora del Centro UC Derecho y Religi\u00f3n, Ana Mar\u00eda Celis, presidenta de ICLARS, present\u00f3 el acto inaugural del congreso. Le siguieron las palabras de Javier Mart\u00ednez-Torr\u00f3n, catedr\u00e1tico de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, presidente y organizador del Congreso, as\u00ed como de autoridades universitarias y el alcalde de C\u00f3rdoba, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Bellido.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, se celebr\u00f3 la primera sesi\u00f3n plenaria que trat\u00f3 sobre libertad religiosa, pluralismo religioso y creencias y su relaci\u00f3n con los poderes ejecutivo y legislativo. Seguidamente, hubo una segunda sesi\u00f3n plenaria, en que se plante\u00f3 la promoci\u00f3n, de parte de l\u00edderes religiosos, de la lucha contra el racismo y la esclavitud.<\/p>\n<p>En el transcurso del segundo d\u00eda, durante la ma\u00f1ana se desarrollaron dos sesiones plenarias. La primera, acerca de la contribuci\u00f3n de los tribunales en la promoci\u00f3n del respeto mutuo a partir de las posiciones divergentes entre libertad religiosa y otros derechos fundamentales. La segunda, tambi\u00e9n trat\u00f3 sobre el respeto mutuo y posiciones divergentes entre la libertad religiosa y otros derechos fundamentales, pero desde una perspectiva distinta: la contribuci\u00f3n de los actores de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p>En la tercera y \u00faltima jornada del congreso, se realizaron tres sesiones plenarias. En la primera de ellas, se destac\u00f3 la importancia del rol de las instituciones internacionales en la colaboraci\u00f3n para lograr un mayor grado de libertad de religi\u00f3n y de creencias; aunque no solo respecto de aquellas personas que profesen un determinado credo, sino tambi\u00e9n para agn\u00f3sticos y ateos. Por su parte, la segunda sesi\u00f3n plenaria se centr\u00f3 en la importancia de estudiar las relaciones entre derecho, sociedad y religi\u00f3n en las Facultades de Derecho.
